Almond crusted baked brie encroute with port soaked cherries served with granny smith apples, water crackers, flatbreads and gourmet crackers

Hand Spun Mozzarella Display

Hand spun stuffed mozzarella with fresh basil roasted red & yellow peppers, oven dried tomatoes and prosciutto. Served with balsamic syrup, lemon basil vinaigrette and grilled focaccia.

Assorted Skewer Station

 Open Flame Polynesian style grill display will include jerk style chicken, Thai beef with lime and cilantro, tuna rubbed in seven spice, grilled truffle oil glazed vegetables marinated in an array of herbs and spices.

  • Angus beef slider on butter bread with blue cheese crumbles and bacon
    Blackened Mahi-Mahi with jalapeño tartar sauce
